The Karuwa Seti Hydropower Project (KSHP) is a run-of-river hydropower project proposed along the Seti khola in Kaski District, of Gandaki Zone. The project area lies within Sardi khola Village Development Committee (VDC). Jhyamolongma Hydropower Development Company Private Limited (JHDC) holds the survey license for this project The survey license boundary co-ordinates of the project are 83° 57' 50" E - 83° 59' 30" E and 28° 22' 12" N - 28° 24' 30" N. The project's headworks is located about 16 km towards north from Lamachaur of Kaski district.
